普京还指责乌克兰多次违反暂停对能源设施袭击的协议、复活节停战协议等，指出俄罗斯一再采取措施与乌克兰对话，从未拒绝。
普京表示，此次邀请在伊斯坦布尔进行严肃会谈的目的是为了消除冲突的根本原因，不排除在谈判期间达成停火协议。他计划12日与土耳其总统埃尔多安沟通。

A leaked Telegram discussion by 50 so-called crypto influencers has exposed the extraordinary steps they take in order to profit on the back off unsuspecting defi investors. According to a leaked screenshot of the chat, an elaborate plan to defraud defi investors using the worthless “$Few” tokens had been hatched. $Few tokens would be airdropped to some of the influencers who in turn promoted these to unsuspecting followers on Twitter.
