韩国宪法法院8名法官4月4日一致裁决，总统尹锡悦弹劾案获得通过。尹锡悦成为韩国宪政史上继朴槿惠之后第二位被罢免的总统。韩国须在60日内举行新一届大选。
宪院裁决指出，尹锡悦动用军警破坏国会等宪政机关，严重侵犯国民的基本权利，明显违反总统维护宪法的职责。罢免尹锡悦所能维护宪政秩序，由此产生的利益远远大于损失。
宪院还驳回尹锡悦关于“紧急戒严属于警告性质”的主张，认为该说法与《戒严法》所界定的戒严目的相悖。同时，宪院认定尹锡悦曾试图阻止国会表决解除紧急戒严案，意图动用国军反谍司令部抓捕主要政治和法律界人士，其行为对民主制度构成严重威胁。宪院确认，国会提出弹劾案在程序上并无瑕疵。

The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48. For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
Importantly, that investor viewpoint is not new. It cycles in when conditions are right (and vice versa). It also brings the ineffective warnings of an overpriced market with it.Looking toward a good 2022 stock market, there is no apparent reason to expect these issues to change.
