中央网信办就修正《网络安全法》再次征求意见，调升不按有关部门要求删文的罚则，以防范新形势下网络信息内容安全风险对国家安全、政治安全带来的风险挑战。
修正后罚则是：未按要求删文并保存记录者可罚款5–50万元；拒不改正或情节严重的罚款50–200万元，并对责任个人罚款5–20万元；造成特别严重影响后果的，罚款200–1000万元，并对责任个人罚款20–100万元。
相比2022年9月征求意见稿，删除了罚则中的“禁止从业”项目，还删除了对于“发布违反本法的信息、但其他法律法规没有规定”的兜底罚则。
