刚果民主共和国反政府武装“M23运动”政治领导人之一科尔内耶·南加30日在北基伍省首府戈马市举行新闻发布会说，愿意与刚果政府对话，并希望前往金沙萨，掌权并领导刚果。刚果国防部长卡邦戈·姆瓦迪安维塔·居伊表示，不会与反政府武装举行任何对话，他们将留在刚果战斗。戈马当天基本没有水电，街头上躺着据称是政府军士兵的尸体。“M23运动”押送据称已投降的约2千名政府军士兵和警察前往秘密地点。有居民从该市的商店和仓库中抢劫商品。随着“M23运动”向南基伍省首府布卡武推进，当地居民也陷入恐慌。（美联社）

Telegram Gives Up On Crypto Blockchain Project

Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”

At a time when the Indian stock market is peaking and has rallied immensely compared to global markets, there are companies that have not performed in the last 10 years. These are definitely a minor portion of the market considering there are hundreds of stocks that have turned multibagger since 2020. What went wrong with these stocks?
