国家医保局负责人1月21日将带队赴上海当面听取政协关于药品集采政策及中选产品质量保障的意见建议。收集仿制药在治愈率、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率有统计学意义差异、病例信息可追溯的案例。根据差异指标和变化幅度，汇总形成问题线索清单，正式移交药监部门。除瑞金郑民华外，民革上海市委提交了《关于药品集中采购背景下保障患者用药安全与连续性的提案》，北京朝阳医院心内科主任卢长林提交了《关于优化药品集采的提案》。（国家医保局，第一财经）

Newly uncovered hack campaign in Telegram

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.

A Telegram spokesman declined to comment on the bond issue or the amount of the debt the company has due. The spokesman said Telegram’s equipment and bandwidth costs are growing because it has consistently posted more than 40% year-to-year growth in users.
