澎湃新闻董事长程峰受贿、隐瞒境外存款案1月14日在上海一中院宣判，有期徒刑11年并处罚金三百万元。
法院认定：他2006至2023年为有关单位个人入股合资、获取投资、承接工程、竞拍收购提供帮助，受贿3851.78万元，其中100万元未实际取得。其大部分受贿事实为到案后主动交代，办案机关尚未掌握；完成全部退赃，还检举他人立功，从轻处罚，判11年。2023年他请亲属带14.99万美元至菲律宾储蓄，属隐瞒境外存款罪，该罪系自首，判拘役5个月。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
