韩国法院再批准对尹锡悦拘留令，如何执行仍存疑。
韩国公调处和警察厅组成的戒严联合侦查组7日表示，法院再次签发针对总统尹锡悦的拘留令。拘留令的执行期限通常为自签发之日起的7天。考虑到执行难度，联侦组似申请延长执行期限。
因总统警卫处阻拦，如何执行拘留令仍然存疑。公调处6日委托警方执行拘留令。但警方随后认为执行拘留的主体是公调处，其委托警方执行拘留程序的做法在法律上存在争议，将继续就执行拘留事宜与公调处进行协商。公调处当天又撤回了该决定。
《公调处法》规定：“总统、总统秘书室的公务员不得就公调处法的事务提出要求、指示、意见、协商等”。代理总统的副总理崔相穆以此为依据，拒绝接受公调处对执行尹锡悦逮捕令的协助要求。

Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
