国家民委公布边巴扎西副主任10月10日在“民族（地区）院校学科建设研讨会”上的讲话全文，要求对课程安排“起底排查、彻底整改”，“绝不能一边喊着铸牢口号，一边在上强化差异性的课程”。
民委正对委属高校逐一调研督导。对培养方案和课表一门一门梳理，审查课件、实地听课现场督导，坚决整改不符合铸牢主线的内容。
民委批评，一些学校之前办学治校过于突出民族因素，在对少数民族问题研究中过于强调差异性，在校园文化建设中过于突出少数民族文化。
