以省份为单位，可将专项债规模的30%用作基建等的项目资本金。

The SSE was the first modern stock exchange to open in China, with trading commencing in 1990. Investors will be hoping for strength from PINS as it approaches its next earnings release. The company is expected to report EPS of $0.07, up 170% from the prior-year quarter.
