美国纽约州法院法官胡安·梅尔尚16日作出决定，当地一个陪审团此前对美国当选总统特朗普在“封口费”案所作的有罪裁定依然有效，拒绝撤销这一裁定。
梅尔尚表示，虽然美国联邦最高法院在7月1日的裁决中认定美国总统就其履职行为享有广泛的豁免权，但这并不意味着特朗普在“封口费”案中的有罪裁定应该被撤销。曼哈顿地区检察官针对的是特朗普的个人行为，不是其作为总统的官方行为，因此他不应享有豁免保护。
此外，就以特朗普已成为当选总统为由撤销这一有罪裁定的另一个请求，梅尔尚还未作出决定。目前也不清楚何时以及是否会确定判刑日期。

Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”

This might be what’s called a hot wallet or a cold wallet. A hot wallet (also called an online wallet) is stored by an exchange or a provider in the cloud. Providers of online wallets include Exodus, Electrum and Mycelium. A cold wallet (or mobile wallet) is an offline device used to store Bitcoin and is not connected to the Internet. Some mobile wallet options include Trezor and Ledger.
