韩国国会12日表决通过对法务部长官朴性载和警察厅厅长赵志浩的弹劾动议案。根据韩国法律，弹劾动议案在国会全体会议上通过后，赵志浩与朴性载将被立即停职，最终是否弹劾还须经由宪法法院审判。
国会当天还通过调查总统尹锡悦等人内乱罪嫌疑的“内乱特检法”和调查总统夫人金建希的“金建希特检法”。两项均属于一般特检法。总统可以行使否决权驳回，法案可被退回国会再次表决。
