光大集团原董事长唐双宁案12月10日在唐山中院宣判。贪污罪判5年+罚20万元，受贿罪判10.5年+罚110万元。合并为有期徒刑12年+130万元。
法院认定：2003年4月，唐利用担任中国人民银行银行监管一司司长职务上的便利，将其保管、使用的价值人民币301.5万元公共财物据为己有。2000年至2017年，唐为有关单位个人职务调整、贷款获取等事项提供帮助，受贿1102万余元。
贪污事实和部分受贿事实，是唐到案后主动交代，纪委尚未掌握；积极退赃，已全部追缴。贪污罪减轻处罚，受贿罪从轻处罚。
