苗华（中央军委委员、政治工作部主任）涉嫌严重违纪，经中共中央研究，决定对他停职检查。中国国防部发言人11月28日宣布此事。
苗华1955年生于福州，2014年12月至2017年9月任海军政委，后进入中央军委，今年11月中旬传出被查消息。
同期任海军装备研究院政委的袁华智（现任海军政委）先传出被查，其百度百科页面已被撤下。
此外，《金融时报》11月27日刊稿：美国官员研判，董军（同期海军副参谋长，现任国防部长）也正接受纪委调查。董军11月21日在老挝出席东盟防长会，但拒绝会见美国防长，以抗议对台军售。中国外交部发言人27日以“捕风捉影”四字置评。中国国防部发言人28日答问说，有关报道纯属捏造。
6月开延安政工会议后，何宏军已于今年7月明确为中央军委政治工作部“常务副主任”，晋升上将军衔。

Entries are strung together in chronological order, creating a digital chain of blocks. “Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes accessible to anyone who wishes to view it, acting as a public ledger of cryptocurrency transactions,” says Stacey Harris, consultant for Pelicoin, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs. Blockchain is decentralized, which means it’s not controlled by any one organization. “It’s like a Google Doc that anyone can work on,” says Buchi Okoro, CEO and co-founder of African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax. “Nobody owns it, but anyone who has a link can contribute to it. And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
