委内瑞拉总检察长办公室2日表示，法院已对反对派总统候选人冈萨雷斯发出逮捕令。冈萨雷斯被指控篡夺职务、伪造公共文件、煽动违法、共谋和结社等多项罪名。
冈萨雷斯发言人表示，他们正在等待任何逮捕令的通知，但没有进一步置评。反对派领导人马查多表示，逮捕令只会增强凝聚力，增加委内瑞拉人和全世界对冈萨雷斯的支持。
总检察长萨博此前还对马查多和反对派公布计票表的网站发起刑事调查。对反对派人士和抗议者的逮捕仍在继续。目前抗议活动已致至少27人死亡、约2400人被捕。
