19日的NHK日本国际广播电台的中文新闻节目中，一名中国籍男性外包工作人员在播报完当天的靖国神社涂鸦事件后，脱稿进行了约20秒的发言，内容包括“尖阁诸岛是中国领土”。该人员现年40多岁，自2002年起负责将稿件日译中并在新闻节目中播报，与NHK的关联团体签订了业务委托合同。
NHK已通过关联团体向该人员提出抗议，团体也计划与该人员解约。
NHK就此事致歉，称该人员的行为是“在新闻中播出无关言论”，并表示会采取措施防止此类事件再次发生。

This might be what’s called a hot wallet or a cold wallet. A hot wallet (also called an online wallet) is stored by an exchange or a provider in the cloud. Providers of online wallets include Exodus, Electrum and Mycelium. A cold wallet (or mobile wallet) is an offline device used to store Bitcoin and is not connected to the Internet. Some mobile wallet options include Trezor and Ledger.
