《华尔街日报》统计，京杭渝等16地方政府都为模型训练算力提供补贴。有参与政府采购的人士评价说，各地“举国”筹集算力支持大语言模型训练的做法，推动了技术的运用和商转，但也加剧了国内大模型供应过剩、厂商陷入价格战的情况，造成“一哄而上”浪费。
