TikTok案诉讼日程排定。哥伦比亚特区联邦上诉法院5月28日决定，字节方应在6月20日前提交诉讼摘要，美国司法部应在7月26日前提交诉讼摘要，在8月15日前提交答辩状，然后在9月举行口头辩论。双方寻求法院在12月6日前裁决，以便继续上诉至最高法院。
强制剥离TikTok的法律设下的期限是明年1月19日。TikTok表示，按这一快轨排期，判决可在禁令生效前作出，故不必另行申请初步禁制令。
