成都高新减灾研究所回应“地震预警”App向苹果用户收取10元年费：是为更好改进预警科技与服务。
减灾所所长王暾5日表示，该所作为民办非盈利的科研单位，成立以来，各级党委政府、相关部门给予了大量的、非常重要的支持，包括资金、政策等支持。但为了更好的完善地震预警技术与服务等还需要筹集更多资金。
有关推送问题，王暾强调，无论用户是否付费，App均会提供地震预警服务，但服务器会优先将预警信息推送给付费用户。
