河北邯郸肥乡区警方18日表示，初步认定“邯郸初中生遇害案”是一起有预谋的犯罪案件。为掩埋尸体，犯罪嫌疑人分两次在废弃大棚进行了挖掘。肥乡区公安分局政工监督室主任李亚峰介绍，嫌疑人案发前一天（3月9日）挖过一次，然后到案发当天（10日）又在现场挖了一次。
针对网传“受害人被埋的坑深两米”“是否有家长协助作案”等猜测，李亚峰回应称，经技术部门勘验，坑深只有0.56米。网传说法“是不属实的”。
李亚峰还表示，“现在尸检已结束，有很多证据”。“肯定要办成铁案”，每一个细节都要仔细调查、取证。

The cloud-based messaging platform is also adding Anonymous Group Admins feature. As per Telegram, this feature is being introduced for safer protests. As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
