世贸组织第13届部长级会议2月26日在阿联酋开幕。会间，中国商务部长王文涛会见了美国贸易代表戴琪。中方就美对华加征关税、经贸领域涉台问题表达关切；美方就全球市场上中国钢铁产能过剩、中国的非市场贸易政策表达关切。美方已于2月23日出版《2023年中国履行加入世贸组织承诺报告》。

The Singapore stock market has alternated between positive and negative finishes through the last five trading days since the end of the two-day winning streak in which it had added more than a dozen points or 0.4 percent. The Straits Times Index now sits just above the 3,060-point plateau and it's likely to see a narrow trading range on Monday.
