美国11月16日将中国公安部物证鉴定中心从出口管制的实体清单移除。该机构2020年5月被特朗普政府列管，理由是认为其有分参与对维吾尔等少数民族的迫害。中方长期主张，解除该制裁是中美就管控芬太尼前体展开合作的必要前提。
