文旅部公安部9月12日发《关于进一步加强大型营业性演出活动规范管理促进演出市场健康有序发展的通知》规管5000人以上活动：
大型演出审批前，需交省级文旅部门和属地公安研判把关，需额外评估网上热度、舆情反应、网民评价。
大型演出售票入场都须实名，且购票与入场身份须一致。
向市场公开销售的门票不得低于核准观众数的85%，其余门票也须在演出前24小时绑定实名。

Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view. In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
