在此之前，李稻葵6月17日宣讲政策建议，认为应在短期内加快推出消费补贴政策，同时试点将增值税由归属生产地改为部分归属消费地。他测算认为补贴消费者最终可撬动财政增收，实际不会增加各级财政负担。

Providers of online wallets include Exodus, Electrum and Mycelium. A cold wallet (or mobile wallet) is an offline device used to store Bitcoin and is not connected to the Internet. Some mobile wallet options include Trezor and Ledger.
