原中共中央党校科研办主任、图书馆馆长杜光3月13日凌晨在北京逝世，享年94岁。
杜光1928年生，浙江温岭人，1953年4月入马列学院（中央党校），1964年党校“组织清理”时作为摘帽右派，被调离至杭州七中，1979年平反后回到党校。1988年7月任新成立的中国政治体制改革研究会干事长。1989年7月被停职审查，1990年10月“撤销党内外一切职务”并离休。

Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view. In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
