德国总理发言人21日宣布，朔尔茨将于11月初率工商界代表团访问中国。发言人未确认法国总统马克龙是否会同行。Politico早前取得消息，指朔尔茨将于11月3至4日访华。德国执政联盟近来正争论是否批准中远海运投资汉堡港CTT码头35%股权，总理尚未与有关部长达成一致意见，包括绿党副总理罗伯特·哈贝克在内有六位部长最初都反对此案。（路透社，美联社）
