中共二十届一中全会10月23日选举出中央政治局常委：习近平、李强、赵乐际、王沪宁、蔡奇、丁薛祥、李希。习近平当选中央委员会总书记。
其他委员为：马兴瑞、王毅、尹力、石泰峰、刘国中、李干杰、李书磊、李鸿忠、何卫东、何立峰、张又侠、张国清、陈文清、陈吉宁、陈敏尔、袁家军、黄坤明。
根据政治局常委会提名，通过蔡奇、石泰峰、李干杰、李书磊、陈文清、刘金国、王小洪任中央书记处书记；
决定习近平任中央军委主席，张又侠、何卫东任军委副主席，李尚福、刘振立、苗华、张升民任中央军委委员。
批准二十届中纪委一次会议产生的中纪委常委会人选，李希任书记，刘金国等任副书记。
此外，北京中华世纪坛临时公告，因重大项目活动需求，该馆10月25至31日不对公众开放。

Bitcoin is built on a distributed digital record called a blockchain. As the name implies, blockchain is a linked body of data, made up of units called blocks that contain information about each and every transaction, including date and time, total value, buyer and seller, and a unique identifying code for each exchange. Entries are strung together in chronological order, creating a digital chain of blocks. “Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes accessible to anyone who wishes to view it, acting as a public ledger of cryptocurrency transactions,” says Stacey Harris, consultant for Pelicoin, a network of cryptocurrency ATMs. Blockchain is decentralized, which means it’s not controlled by any one organization. “It’s like a Google Doc that anyone can work on,” says Buchi Okoro, CEO and co-founder of African cryptocurrency exchange Quidax. “Nobody owns it, but anyone who has a link can contribute to it. And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
