相比《关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的决定》新增提及，结合实际完善生育假用工成本合理分担机制、明确相关各方责任、采取切实有效措施保障职工假期待遇。
探索开展妇女平等就业权益保护检察公益诉讼。
加强生殖健康宣传教育和服务，预防非意愿妊娠，减少非医学需要的人工流产。
组织创作一批积极向上的文艺作品，讲好新时代美好爱情、和谐家庭、幸福生活的中国故事。开展全国生育友好工作先进单位表彰活动。
