6月28日的国务院联防联控机制发布会通报，截至27日中国大陆完成新型冠状病毒疫苗加强针接种79002.5万人、其中序贯4132.5万人。60岁以上完成第一针23273.3万（88.15%）两针22023.1万（83.41%）加强针17250.1万人（65.33%）。
国家卫健委网站6月28日开通疫情防控“九不准”公众留言板，联防联控机制其他成员也通过本单位门户站设立了“层层加码”反馈专栏或公布了投诉电话。
