中央网信办公布《互联网用户账号信息管理规定》自8月1日起实施。
相比征求意见稿，规定的适用范围由“在境内注册、使用和管理用户账号名称信息”改为“互联网用户在境内的服务提供者注册使用及其管理”。
征求意见稿中”IP显示到省“的规定重述为”账号信息页面展示合理范围内的IP归属地、便于公众为公共利益实施监督“；增加规定公众号页面需公示IP属地、统一社会信用代码等。
相比征求意见稿新增规定：个人注册账号时包括职业信息的，应当与个人真实职业信息相一致；账号禁止假仿冒捏造国家（地区）国际组织的名称标识。

This might be what’s called a hot wallet or a cold wallet. A hot wallet (also called an online wallet) is stored by an exchange or a provider in the cloud. Providers of online wallets include Exodus, Electrum and Mycelium. A cold wallet (or mobile wallet) is an offline device used to store Bitcoin and is not connected to the Internet. Some mobile wallet options include Trezor and Ledger.
