中央网信办等发布《互联网信息服务算法推荐管理规定》，自2022年3月1日起施行。电信、公安、市监等部门加入算法监管序列。
相比征求意见稿：删去“不得设置歧视性或者偏见性用户标签”规定；“伦理”有关字样替换为“公序良俗”；删去用户认为算法影响其重大权益则有权要求说明补救的规定；删去算法推荐服务日志须“留存6个月”备查的规定。
