በመሆኑም የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማቱ በአቅራቢያቸው በሚገኙ ለመውጫ ፈተና በተዘጋጁ የመንግሥት ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተማሪዎቻቸውን በመላክ ሞዴል ፈተና እንዲወስዱ ማድረግ እንዳለባቸው ባለሥልጣኑ አሳስቧል።
