法官批准二人更改部分保釋條件，袁松彪宵禁令由原來的晚上10時至早上5時，縮短至凌晨12時至早上5時，期間不能外出，警察可隨時上門（doorstep bail condition），並按原定安排逢周三向警方報到。衞志樑的宵禁令則由原本晚上10時至早上5時，延長至晚上10時至早上7時，並要配戴電子追蹤裝置，但無需向警方報到。//
