بعض العلماء يرى أن الإقامة أفضل ويحتج بأن الأذان يسقط في بعض الأحوال عند البعض كقضاء الصلاة الفائتة بينما لا تسقط الإقامة.
أقول:
((سقوط تكليف دون تكليف في حال واحدة لا يعني أفضلية أحدهما على الآخر))
فعلى سبيل المثال:
المسافر تجب عليه الزكاة ولا تسقط عنه لداعي السفر، بينما خفف الله عن المسافر وأسقط عنه عددا من الركعات في الصلوات المفروضة بعد أن شرع سنة (القصر في الصلاة للمسافر)
