紧随美国 台湾将华为中芯列入黑名单
台湾国际贸易委员会发布《战略性高科技货品出口实体管理名单》，首次将中共芯片制造领军企业“华为”和最大晶圆代工厂“中芯国际”列入了贸易管制黑名单。
这是台湾首次使用黑名单制裁中共大企业，跟美国长期以来限制中共拥有先进芯片技术的做法保持一致。
早在2019年，美国政府就因国家安全风险，将华为列入制裁实体清单，2020年更进一步加大了对其限制，涵盖使用美国技术的外国制造产品，直接限制台积电等台企对华为的出售。2020年12月，美国因中芯涉及中共“军民融合”战略，将其也列入制裁实体清单。
