Оно проходит по нацпроекту «Инфраструктура для жизни» в шести городах региона — Тамбове, Мичуринске, Моршанске, Уварове, Рассказове и Котовске. На голосование вынесено 19 общественных территорий, свой выбор сделали уже 45 тысяч жителей региона.
