阿莎丽娜：网安法将生效 网络平台承担照护责任
首相署部长（法律及体制改革）拿督斯里阿莎丽娜今日说，网络安全法（Online Harms Act）已经在宪报上颁布，目前仅待通讯部长签署执行令，便可正式生效。

At the same time, Telegram Group Inc. must cover rising equipment and bandwidth expenses because of its rapid growth, despite going years without attempting to generate revenue.
