描述：本剧改编自同名漫画。杏野朱罗(松本若菜 饰)是帝释综合医院救命科的39岁救命医生。对于被送进来的急诊病人一律一视同仁，即使没有钱，即使是流氓，也抱着“绝对要救助”的强烈信念，完全没有考虑医院的情况或揣度上司的意思，一心一意地救助眼前的患者。越是攸关生死的修罗场越能发挥本领，有时还能同时治疗2名重症患者。从她的举止来看，被比作三面六臂的鬼神阿修罗而被院内称呼为“阿修罗医生”。
