【歐盟無意舉行中歐高層經貿對話】

針對有報道指歐盟鑑於與中國在多項貿易談判缺乏進展，已拒絕於下月底中歐峰會登場前，舉行中歐高層經貿對話，中國外交部發言人郭嘉昆在周二（17日）的記者會上未有證實消息，惟強調中歐一直就經貿等問題保持著溝通。
知情人士表示，中國為因應美國總統特朗普（Donald Trump）4月開徵的關稅，實施稀土出口管制，歐洲企業卻連帶受到影響，也加劇了中國與歐盟的緊張關係。報道指出，中歐高層經貿對話一旦停擺，將使得習近平「聯歐抗美」來應對美國施壓的策略遭到挑戰。

You can also use Bitcoin to make purchases, but the number of vendors that accept the cryptocurrency is still limited. Big companies that accept Bitcoin include Overstock, AT&T and Twitch. You may also find that some small local retailers or certain websites take Bitcoin, but you’ll have to do some digging. That said, PayPal has announced that it will enable cryptocurrency as a funding source for purchases this year, financing purchases by automatically converting crypto holdings to fiat currency for users. “They have 346 million users and they’re connected to 26 million merchants,” says Spencer Montgomery, founder of Uinta Crypto Consulting. “It’s huge.”
