為規避美國晶片管制，中國AI（人工智能）企業「另闢蹊徑」，派出工程師將數據存在硬碟攜帶至可獲取輝達（NVIDIA，亦稱英偉達）晶片的國家，在當地訓練完AI模型後再帶回中國。
《華爾街日報》報道，今年3月初，4名飛往馬來西亞的中國工程師，每人都攜帶一個裝有15部硬碟的行李箱，硬碟中儲存有80TB的電子表格、圖像和影片，他們的僱主在當地一個數據中心租用了300台裝有輝達高階AI晶片的伺服器，以便將數據輸入伺服器訓練AI模型；最近他們帶著數百GB計的數據，包括指導AI系統輸出的模型參數，回到了中國。

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
