【歐盟指中國基本自由持續惡化】

時隔一年，中國與歐盟再度就人權問題交鋒，歐盟對中國「基本自由持續惡化」表達嚴重關切，並點名呼籲北京釋放《壹傳媒》創辦人黎智英及前香港支聯會副主席鄒幸彤；中方則指歐盟國家存在民主自由倒退，促停止將人權問題政治化和雙重標準。
歐盟執委會官網公布的聲明批評中國持續限制言論、宗教或信仰、和平集會等自由，同時提出多項關切，包括西藏精神領袖達賴喇嘛的繼任問題存在「政府干預」、對香港的持續打壓，以及維吾爾族和藏族維權人士遭到監禁等。

Meanwhile, the Dow gained 0.9%, and the Nasdaq, a tech-heavy index, lost 0.59%. Heading into today, shares of the digital pinboard and shopping tool company had lost 17.41% over the past month, lagging the Computer and Technology sector's loss of 5.38% and the S&P 500's gain of 0.71% in that time. Investors will be hoping for strength from PINS as it approaches its next earnings release. The company is expected to report EPS of $0.07, up 170% from the prior-year quarter. Our most recent consensus estimate is calling for quarterly revenue of $467.87 million, up 72.05% from the year-ago period.
