台灣總統賴清德周二（20日）在就職周年演說中，罕見對兩岸關係隻字未提，兩岸關係這部分在媒體問答環節上闡述；他表示，堅定追求和平，侵略者才是和平破壞者，只要在對等尊嚴狀態下，台灣很樂意與中國交流合作。
「我相信，沒有任何一個台灣人，會放棄民主自由的生活；也沒有任何一位總統，可以背離民主自由的價值」賴清德說，台灣會持續不斷強化國防力量，包括對外軍事採購與國防自主，持續強化經濟發展韌性，立足台灣、布局全球、行銷全世界，不會把雞蛋放在同一個籃子裡。

The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48. For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
To pay the bills, Mr. Durov is issuing investors $1 billion to $1.5 billion of company debt, with the promise of discounted equity if the company eventually goes public, the people briefed on the plans said.
