澳洲「萊納斯稀土公司」（Lynas Rare Earths）宣佈在馬來西亞的工廠成功生產「氧化鏑」（dysprosium oxide），成為全球首家具備商業規模、可生產分離式重稀土產品的中國以外的企業，打破中國的長期壟斷。
萊納斯的總裁表示，公司具有獨特的優勢，能夠為多元化和重建供應鏈的努力作出貢獻並從中受益，包括稀土巿場持續結構重整的機會，「我們正與日本、美國及歐洲的客戶就重稀土供應進行接觸。」萊納斯計劃6月開始生產另一種稀土元素鋱（terbium），並預計價格將反映市場對中國以外稀土來源的高度需求。

I have no inside knowledge of a potential stock listing of the popular anti-Whatsapp messaging app, Telegram. But I know this much, judging by most people I talk to, especially crypto investors, if Telegram ever went public, people would gobble it up. I know I would. I’m waiting for it. So is Sergei Sergienko, who claims he owns $800,000 of Telegram’s pre-initial coin offering (ICO) tokens. “If Telegram does a SPAC IPO, there would be demand for this issue. It would probably outstrip the interest we saw during the ICO. Why? Because as of right now Telegram looks like a liberal application that can accept anyone - right after WhatsApp and others have turn on the censorship,” he says.
