中國抖音平台上有不少畫質清晰的「台灣小學生」影片，近日更有抖音直播主被發現在台北的民生社區拍攝小學生，警方接報後表示將加強校園周邊巡邏，並指出在網上散布兒童影像，有可能觸犯《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》。
「當時，現場有家長、志工見狀，阻止直播主繼續拍攝，但屢勸不聽，態度非常囂張，直到說再拍就去報警，才關掉直播。」台北市議員許淑華說，更令她擔憂的是，中國直播主會不會再去台北市其他學校拍攝小孩子，「這將會引發所有家長恐慌不安」。
