特朗普首次提到，跟其他國家談論關稅問題時，會一併討論關稅以外的問題。
他透露，剛和南韓的代理總統進行了一次很棒的通話，當中談到兩國貿易順差、關稅、造船產業、大規模採購美國液化天然氣（LNG）、與美方合作的阿拉斯加輸油管道項目，以及美國為南韓提供的大規模軍事保護的費用問題。
特朗普強調，從他第一個任期開始南韓便支付這筆軍費，金額高達數十億美元，但上一任總統拜登卻在不明原因下終止了這項協議。南韓高層代表團已經在飛往美國的途中。
特朗普說：「我們也在與其他許多國家談判，他們都希望與美國達成協議。就像與南韓的談判一樣，我們將一些不屬於貿易和關稅範疇的議題也納入協商，一併處理。」

Secure video calling is in high demand. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
