控股股东汪坤、门庆娟及一致行动人无锡峻茂与深蕾科技签署协议，拟转让1070.62万股股份，占总股本13.32%，转让价43.552元/股，总价4.66亿元。同时放弃3211.86万股股份表决权，占总股本39.96%。交易完成后，深蕾科技将成为公司控股股东，夏军、李蔚成为实际控制人。公司股票于6月27日复牌。

Just as you’d share a file with a friend, click the Share file button on the bottom left of the chat window (it looks like a dog-eared paper), and select the .webp files you downloaded. Click Open and you’ll see your stickers in your Saved messages chat. This is now your sticker depository. To use them, forward them as you would a message from one chat to the other: by clicking or long-pressing on the sticker, and then choosing Forward.
