北京市丰台区一宗住宅用地以底价20.8亿元成交，由北京兆兴房地产开发有限公司摘得。该地块位于南四环至五环之间，靠近地铁新宫站，周边商业、生态配套成熟，教育资源相对不足。地块为旧村改造项目拆分后的02地块，紧邻已成交的01地块，后者与当前地块将共同构成建发、金茂等联合开发的整体项目。此次拿地体现了企业对区域发展的持续看好。
