蒙草生态拟向特定对象发行A股股票，募资不超过14.95亿元，用于三北工程、防沙治沙、生态景观提升、草业技术创新及补充流动资金。发行对象不超过35名，发行价不低于定价基准日前20个交易日均价的80%，发行数量不超总股本30%，限售期6个月。
