曲江文旅：控股股东所持4.7%公司股份拟被拍卖
曲江文旅控股股东西安曲江旅游投资有限公司持有的1200万股曲江文旅股票将被绍兴市中级人民法院拍卖，该部分股票占其持股比例10.48%，占公司总股本4.7%，目前处于冻结状态，此次拍卖不会影响公司生产经营及控股股东和实控人变更。
