HBO剧版《哈利・波特》部分主演已官宣，包括邓布利多、麦格教授、斯内普等角色，计划今年中开拍。哈利、罗恩、赫敏等角色演员尚未确定，正在从超过30,000名小朋友中选拔。JK Rowling将参与开发，该剧将忠实改编原著。
