香港特区政府食物环境卫生署食物安全中心宣布，因波兰大波兰省和英国德文郡暴发高致病性H5N1禽流感，暂停从这些地区进口禽肉及禽类产品。去年香港从波兰进口约6600吨冷藏禽肉，从英国进口约910吨冰鲜和冷藏禽肉及约134万只禽蛋。中心将继续关注疫情发展并采取适当行动。
